YDA Show #1: Steps to a Professional Career

Just how do you become a professional dancer? Today we speak with Amy Moore Morton, Artistic Director of the Appalachian Ballet Company.  Amy is not only the director of a pre-professional dance company, she is also the mom of a dancer who has recently joined the North Carolina Dance Theatre. We speak with Amy about the various steps her daughter took to make this career step possible. The Appalachian Ballet Company is located in Maryville, Tennessee and is a member of Regional Dance America.
